The year of 2016 is the third consecutive year of celebration of MotoDay. It is a 2-day event organized by MotoDreams, quite popular among the biking fraternity.  It took place on June 18th and 19th at Lavasa. This time, there were over 2000 enthusiastic bikers to showcase their love for riding.

The significant event caught that attention was unveiling of Street Twin by the by Triumph Motorcycles together with a Scrambler Kit.  It is a customized cosmetic kit which neither affect the warranty nor the performance.  The kit contains a brat seat, a raised exhaust, and an engine sump guard. Triumph is yet to announce the price of the kit. The Bonneville has new 900cc parallel twin engine that can make 55PS of power and 80 Nm of torque. The company also exhibited its newly launched Thruxton R at the event. The cafe racer is the most powerful model priced at 10.9 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is the third model in the Bonneville range to be launched in the country after the Street Twin and the Bonneville T120.
