Aravind Kp Will Be On Ride Seat For TVS Racing At Dakar Rally 2017
Star biker Aravind KP is going to represent TVS in upcoming Dakar Rally 2017. Being with TVS from past 10 years, he finally got the chance to mark his debut. Aravind is all set to team up with Spanish star biker Juan Pedrero at the Dakar Valley 2017, marching the Sherco-TVS Rally factory team there.

This will be the third year out of 39 editions when Sherco-TVS shall be participating in the Dakar Rally. One of the world’s toughest rallies will take place in the first two weeks of January 2017 and cover a distance of 9000km across three countries.

Talking about Aravind KP, he started his career in professional racing in 2005 when he was 19 years old and has been associated with TVS racing since 2006. Aravind has won 15 national championships together in Rallies, Motocross, and Dirt track. Adding a cherry to it, Aravind is the first Indian to taste victory in the overseas Motocross championship held in Sri Lanka.

In the words of Aravind, he is overwhelmed by the selection and excited especially because he is racing for Sherco-TVS rally factory team. He is thankful for being selected for this legendary Dakar Valley race. He cracks all the nuts to meet the expectations of team and TVS.

Head of TVS Racing Team Arvind Pangaonkar said “Dakar Rally is one of the toughest and best bike racing competitions which testes participants’ endurance to an extreme level. And, we are pleased to announce that our star biker Aravind KP will be a part of our team this year. Our partner Sherco also agrees on the same. They are thrilled to have an ace Indian driver on board and will give him the training to navigate and ride in the sand dunes for Dakar Valley 2017.”
